2. Put lemon inside the trout and season with salt and pepper traut03

3. Cover in foil and bake in oven for about 20 mins traut04

4. You can serve it whole. My partner and son doesn’t like messing round with bones and skin and ends up wasting loads of fish so I take it off the bone for them. traut05
