When Matt and I were putting together the 4 Week Fat Loss Plan.
I tested it out and video’d the results.

You can visibly see the difference over a period of 10 days. I say in the video that my body fat had dropped to 17%, I was taking this measurement from my Tanita scales.

When I went and visited Matt he did an accurate skin fold measurement on me and calculated my body fat at 10.5%. I was happy with that.

The lesson is that if you use scales that have a body fat % calculator use that measure as a guide rather than an exact number.
